Searching for answers would lead her to a destination she could never have imagined – marriage to Peter, great-great-grandson of Arthur Guinness the brewer, who, to her family’s shock, would opt for another kind of spirit and become a Church of England minister’. Drinks will be served at the event, including cans of Guinness! For more information contact Gerald Gresham Cooke at Geraldgreshamcooke@gmail.com or 01798 342151.
