Peter Beech writes: “I intended to say a lot more when I got on stage a few Sundays ago but I got stage fright! I really want to encourage anyone who is going through difficult times to trust our wonderful Heavenly Father. God has said, ‘Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you’ – Hebrews 13:5. Margaret and I have experienced that in abundance over the last 16 months.
We also want to say a huge thank you to all who prayed so faithfully for us and sent us cards and flowers. We do not know many of you but through your prayers we experienced that peace that surpasses all understanding and ultimately my healing.
When I was having my pre-med before 8 hours of surgery the doctor commented on how calm I was. My reply was that I had no option but to have the operation but that, whatever happened, I had my God with me. He said there was no answer to that! We truly have an amazing, faithful God who keeps his promises.”
