People News

This Sunday we will be welcoming friends and family of Joe and Carolina Gisbey who are bringing Seth for dedication.

Naomi and Hannah Stanaway will be selling cakes in the Atrium on Sunday morning to raise funds for Tear Fund’s ‘No Child Taken’ campaign.

Congratulations to Xander and Christine Neal on the birth of their baby son, Marley, last Thursday. Congratulations also to (first time) grandparents Jane and Andy Neal.

We have received the following message from Jez and Kirsty Wong:

We have spent many years as part of the Arun family, working with the children, and Jez working with David Thatcher in the office. Since our return from Thailand we have been working at Broadwater C of E school in Worthing. For us the link between church, work and community has always been important and it became clear that worshiping at Hosanna, the church that meets at the school, was the next step. We feel therefore it is time for us to be released from our Arun membership. Josiah is now 21 and in his last year of university studying English and Journalism, in Bristol, Jessie is 18 and about to begin a Musical Theatre degree at Chichester University.  We all send our love and thanks for the support, love, and fellowship over the years and look forward to seeing how God continues to bless you all.

The  following people celebrate their birthday this week: Norman Barnes, Mitchell Wadsworth, Elijah Debnam, Paul Halls, Rosie Fuller, Joanne Gisbey, Isobel Gisbey, Josh Bruford, Matt West and Macaulay Larbey (18).  Happy birthday everyone!
