Volunteers for Kickstart the Event

It’s only a few weeks to go before Kickstart the Event, our children’s summer playscheme which is running from Monday 4th – Friday 8th August. This year we’re at The Littlehampton Academy for the first time, and so this playscheme will be bigger, and we hope better, than in previous years. To achieve this we need your help. Would you be able to volunteer for any of the following roles?:

  • Set-Up Team on Sunday 3rd August, 1-5pm (AV should be done so we’re looking for people who can decorate the area with bunting etc).
  • Children’s Team  Monday 4th – Friday 8th August, 9am – 1pm (plus team training Sunday 3rd August, 3-5pm) – This role requires the commitment to be there all week, but we guarantee you’ll have great fun doing it!
  • Welcomers/Stewards: Monday 4th – Friday 8th August, 9:30am – 10:30am and 12:15pm – 12:45pm (car park, doors, inside, etc).
  • Refreshments Team: Monday 4th – Friday 8th August, 10am – 12pm.
  • Pack-Down Team: Sunday 10th August, 1-3pm (AV team and a few more).
