The Church employs almost 40 staff across all its various activities, including Refresh Coffee Shop, the two Play Centres and Wickbourne Centre as well as utilising hundreds of volunteers in its Children and Youth Work, Music and Worship and local community involvement.

We have a senior leadership team of two:

David Thatcher is the main leader of the Church. He is a qualified engineer and a former local teacher. David is married to Heather and is a father of five and and a grandfather of 15.

Becca Jupp is married to Tim and is a mother of four. Currently she oversees our Youth, Children and Families.
